Princess Searching

I've been making an effort to document my artistic process. My last post was the composition and line drawing of this painting.

French Rococo to Japanese Lolita

For my Illustration and Raster classes, these were inked traditionally with pens and brushes in black and white, and then colored digitally in photoshop cs.

Begin Spring 2007

Uploaded photos of Time-Map project (here) and Dream/Nightmares collaboration (here). I still need to scan Slice of Life.

I did get into the Comp. Raster for Illustration majors class, which is exciting 'cause I wanna learn to paint in photoshop! So I dropped Japanese 102 and Fund. of Ceramics. Which is unfortunate because that means I will not complete the Japanese minor I was hoping for, and because the Ceramics teacher totally rocks.

I did not get any good sketchs done during break, but I'm optimistic about this semester.

Talk at ya later!

End Fall 2006

Well, as soon as I am able to upload final photos on my Time-Map project, Slice of Life, and Dream/Nightmares collaboration I will be done posting artwork for Fall 2006.

And then I shall begin Spring 2007!
I am registered for my next Illustration class, as well as Intro. Printmaking, and Fund. Ceramics. Though I'll find out on the first day of class if I've gotten into the Raster class that I'm waiting on. If I make it into that, then I will drop the Ceramics. Either way, I am very much looking forward to Illustration and Printmaking.

I dunno if I shall get any artwork done over this winter break, being busy with work and all, but here's to hoping for some solid sketches!
