is what I titled the mix CD I made for my Graphic Design final project.

The kanji (蛍) reads "hotaru" which means firefly.

Hookah Party

For our fifth assignment in Graphic Design we had to create a limited color, promotional poster for a public event.


i love how the face and back pattern turned out, but the smoke, text and colors still need some work.
any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

i'm thinking of making the proportions longer so that the smoke on the top is heavier, as the words feel clastrophobic. also, i should prolly find a different font.

For my Graphic Design class we had to design a Logo and Stationary for a Company. I chose the existing company Asahiya Bookstores.

For the third project of my Graphic Design class we were to use a word or quote of our choice to creat five designs expressing: white space, negative space, balance, organization, and freedom.

Communicating Concepts

was from my Graphic Design (for Illustration and Photo Majors) class.

The assignment was to use only one square, one triangle, one circle, and unlimited straight lines. The elements had to be either solid black or solid white and could be any size. Each concept had to be rendered in Adobe Illustrator.

In 8”X8” squares we communicated each of the following concepts:
